Hi there!

I've spent more than two decades helping people and organizations tell better stories, build stronger communities, and bring big ideas to life.

My work thrives at the intersection of culture, identity, and strategy. I'm fascinated by the forces that shape how and why people come together and collaborate — whether through art, politics, civic life, public space or shared experiences — and I've built my career helping leaders and organizations find clarity, build trust, and inspire action.

I spent more than a decade on the Executive Team at Burning Man Project, earned a Master's in Cities from the London School of Economics, serve on the Board of Trustees of Creative West, and helped launch the Western Lights Festival, an annual three-day illuminated arts and music event in Reno.

I am drawn to the moments people gather: when a street becomes a stage, a story sparks connection, and an organization aligns around what truly matters. For more than twenty years, I’ve worked at the intersection of culture, identity, and strategy — activating space, shaping movements, and helping people and organizations clarify who they are, what they stand for, and how they show up in the world.

A lifelong learner and leader, I served on the Executive Team at Burning Man Project for more than a decade and helped launch the Western Lights Festival in 2025 — activating downtown Reno, elevating artists, and creating a vibrant social space where people from all walks of life come together to explore, create, and connect.

I hold an Executive Master’s in Cities from the London School of Economics, where my research focused on the role of arts and culture in driving equitable economic development. I also serve as a Trustee of Creative West and as a member of Reno’s Arts and Culture Advisory Board.

The honor of my lifetime is being mama to one husky and one joyful hellion named Huxley — roles that remind me daily that leadership, like parenting, is an act of presence.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: when people feel connected to place and to one another, they build stronger organizations and more imaginative futures.

Born and raised in Juneau, Alaska, I earned my graduate degree from McGill University in Montreal and spent 15 years in the San Francisco before making Reno my home in 2018. The honor of my lifetime is getting to be mama to one husky and one joyful hellion named Huxley, roles that remind me daily that leadership, like parenting, is an act of presence.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: meanginful progress begins with connection — to ourselves, to one another, and to the places we call home.
